Order Production

  • Made to order: Most caps are produced within up to 14 business days before shipping.

  • If your project requires special materials or techniques, we’ll confirm the timeline by email.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • We process and ship Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (PT).

  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a FedEx tracking number.

Shipping

  • Carrier: FedEx (domestic USA and most international destinations).

  • Cost & timing: Calculated at checkout and depends on destination and service level.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to certain sanctioned destinations.

  • If you need a specific carrier/service, email hola@brerolosangeles.com before ordering.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

  • Prices shown do not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

  • All international orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Your local customs office may collect taxes/fees upon delivery.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your estimated ship date after checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • To begin a return/exchange, email hola@brerolosangeles.com with your order number and clear photos of the item (all sides).

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

  • If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in original packaging, we may decline the return and ship it back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll help file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
